The 2006 CAT® & Mitsubishi Dealers of the Year & Crown Ascent Award
Dealers are measured against overall performance indicators that define a successful dealership. These measurements are broad indicators of overall performance, customer satisfaction and product support, and recognize the very best dealers in the country for overall excellence. NHMH won Platinum Dealer of the Year recognition from CAT and Gold Dealer of the Year recognition from Mitsubishi. We also won the Ascent Award from Crown, one of only eight dealers in the country to be so recognized.
2006 CAT & Mitsubishi Five Star Customer Service Award
Dealers are rated on nine customer service performance benchmarks such as parts availability, service call response time, CM completion rate and average number of training hours per year for each parts and service associate. Only the top-performing dealers in the country earn this recognition and we have been recognized each year the award has been given.
